WELCOME TO VIRGINIA DISTRICT 10

Teamwork ~ Leadership ~ Commitment
Welcome to VFW Department of Virginia District 10!

District 10 is one of 13 Districts that make up the VFW's Department of Virginia. The ten VFW Posts in District 10 are located in Arlington, Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William Counties, and the City of Alexandria.

District 10 is largest District in Virginia with over 7,200 VFW Members and more than 1,800 Auxiliary Members.  All District 10 Posts are active leaders in the VFW Programs, service to veterans, and in our communities. If you are a member just moving into the area, or a qualified veteran looking to join the VFW, we invite you to explore the Posts nearest to you and find your place in the great work we do and the friendly camaraderie we offer.

For additional information about our great Virginia District 10 you can contact our District Commander, Tom Levitt, at cdrdist10@vfwva.org.

Post 7916 - April 2021 #Still Serving Post of the Month

The members of VFW Post 7916 in Occoquan, Virginia, have demonstrated a commitment to their mission of “Honoring the Dead by Helping the Living” throughout the pandemic. The Post made sure members received health and welfare checks so that those most at-risk, or in need, received essentials. They also delivered food to residents of the town and donated to a local food bank.
